I’m Ben Hollebon. I lead digital and transformation for a large federated charity in the UK, after a decade of digital work across churches and charities. I sit on the board of a media production charity.

This site is where I write, on my own account, about AI and what it does to organisations that are built out of many semi-independent parts. Nothing here is my employer’s view, and nothing here draws on internal detail.
